Figuring out how to fuel your ever changing body isn’t easy, these modules are simple to follow and after two weeks I’m feeling great. I’m not hungry or deprived, but I’m eating what makes sense for my hormones and body.

I really enjoy Lisa's INSTA. I was disappointed with the book though. The info shared is readily available on many many sites including Marc Hyman's. What I had hoped for was more of her "personal" experience -- eg sample menus etc. It was disappointing to see that the cookbook is a separate charge. I think it would have been much better with more anecdotal input rather than a retread of readily available content.
